How many nails come in a set?
Ten nails come in a set, make sure to check your nail measurements before ordering to ensure a proper fit.
How long do the nails stay on?
It is all about application.
1–2 days: Apply a thin strip of glue from your cuticle to tip. Bring glue with you in case of emergency.
5–7 days: Apply a pea-sized dot of glue to each natural nail (adjust for pinkie) and a little to the back of the MC Press-On nails. Spread around—don’t get too close to the skin as the glue will disperse when pressure is applied.
7–12 days: Follow full instructions on the backside of the nail display card or watch the how-to-apply press-on nail video on our YouTube channel.
What comes in the package?
The set of nails you ordered and an application kit which includes a mini nail glue, nail buffer, cuticle pusher, mini nail file, nail sticky tabs, cuticle oil, and an alcohol wipe.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. If you are not able to make purchases from your country, please contact us at admin@itsmcnails.store.
What do I do if my package is lost?
Once handed over to the carrier, Its MC Nails (PTY) LTD has no control over the packages. If the address provided was correct, contact the local postal company responsible for delivery.
Are the nails reusable?
Yes. If they are still in good condition after removal, carefully wipe the back of the MC Press-On nail to remove leftover adhesive, then reapply as normal.
How do I figure out my nail size?
Please refer to the nail sizing chart to determine your correct nail size.
The standard nail sizes don't fit my nails, what should I do?
If none of the standard sizes fit your nail measurements, select “custom” and leave your measurements at checkout in the instruction box (Thumb, Index, Middle, Ring, Pinky – e.g. 15mm, 12mm, 13mm, 12mm, 10mm).
Do you accept exchanges or offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons, all sales are final. Please double-check your order and nail size before placing your order.
Any claims for quality, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
The processing and shipping of your purchase takes 5–14 days. Please note that all nails are hand-painted, processed, and shipped by one person.
How long are shipping times?
Cape Town: 6–11 business days
South Africa: 8–13+ business days
International: 10–15 business days
