📦 Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

Orders within South Africa are typically processed and delivered within 1 to 2 weeks. Please allow sufficient time for production and delivery.

✈️ International Shipping

For international orders, delivery may take longer than two weeks due to varying processing times within different countries’ postal systems.

While we will gladly assist with any order-related queries, Its MC Nails cannot be held responsible for delays caused by local or international postal services, including customs processing times.

💰 Customs & Import Fees

International buyers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping costs paid to Its MC Nails.

⏳ Processing Time

All MC Nails products are handmade to order. Please allow 5 to 14 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Any such delays will be communicated via the banner at the top of our website.

✏️ Order Modifications

If you need to make any changes to your nail size or design, please contact us within five (5) days of placing your order so we can accommodate your request.

If you’re unsure about your nail size, we recommend purchasing a sizing kit or reaching out to us at admin@itsmcnails.store — we’re happy to assist you!

🚫 Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. Each set is custom-made and cannot be resold.
